The Modern Warehouse Communication Challenge
Today's warehouses run on communication. Voice-directed picking, real-time inventory updates, and team coordination keep operations moving. But standard audio gear creates a problem: workers need their hands free, their vision protected, and their ears open to the environment around them.
The Problem with Current, Standard Gear
Voice Picking Systems + Headsets
- Traditional headsets are uncomfortable over long shifts
- Over-ear designs block important sounds (forklifts, alarms, warnings)
- Earbuds under safety glasses cause pressure points
Safety Glasses + Earbuds
- Uncomfortable within hours
- Fall out during physical work
- Block critical warning sounds
How Bluetooth Safety Glasses Solve These Problems
One Device, Multiple Functions
- ANSI-rated eye protection (required in most facilities)
- Bluetooth audio for voice systems and communication
- Open-ear design maintains environmental awareness
- All-day comfort without pressure points
Voice Picking Integration
- Receive pick instructions clearly
- Confirm picks verbally through built-in mic
- No separate headset to manage
- Works with standard WMS voice software
Maintained Awareness
- Hear forklift backup alarms
- Hear coworkers calling out
- Hear equipment malfunctions
- Stay aware of traffic flow in aisles
Productivity Impact
Pick Rate Improvement
- No stopping to adjust earbuds
- No missed voice system prompts
- Faster confirmation responses
- Fewer errors from miscommunication
