Refund Policy

All information below only pertains to domestic US orders (including PR, military bases, etc). For all other countries, all sales are final. Warranty coverage for defective products is provided worldwide.
- Returns on new frames and accessories: If a return is requested within 7 days of confirmed delivery, you have the following options: Only new frames, non-Rx custom lenses, 3-lens packs, and accessories are eligible for cash refunds. Open Box frames and prescription lenses are all non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In the case of cash refunds, a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and return shipping expenses. No restocking fee applies if a refund is provided in store credit. Gift cards are non-returnable for any reason. Shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
- Manufacturer Warranty coverage: Starting from 1 year from the date of delivery, you can request a replacement if the product has a factory defect. You will be required to return the defective unit, and we will provide shipping.
- Replacement product: If you claim that glasses are missing or undelivered within 21 days of shipment, we will investigate with tracking information. If verified lost, an additional pair of the exact same specifications will be shipped. If not, we will contact the postal service to locate the order. If it cannot be located, we will replace the glasses.
- Missing return: In case the returned glasses do not arrive back at Lucyd but can be verified through tracking numbers or good faith that you attempted to return them, we will grant credit or replacement accordingly.
- Damaged return: If the returned glasses are damaged beyond use, you will still receive a refund as per the normal time frame.
- Return packaging: We advise customers to retain all original packaging. You will be responsible for return packaging.
- Gift card/credit purchases: For glasses purchased with Lucyd credit or gift cards, our normal return policies apply, but store credit will be substituted for refunds in all instances.
US customers can send orders back within 7 days of receiving them for compensation according to the above. Simply email info@lucyd.co for a free return label. After this period, our 1-year warranty provides protection against frame and lens manufacturer defects.
