Wholesale Terms

Shipping Policy.

A) All frames ordered new are guaranteed to arrive in new, intact condition. Any items damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost, and any return shipping required will be provided by Lucyd. 

B) Wholesale orders will ship in 2 business days from time order is received, unless on back order or inventory is in transit to our fulfillment center.

C) Shipments which are sent and lost by carrier will be replaced at no cost. Shipments are considered lost by carrier if their tracking information has not updated in 21 days (domestic) or 28 days (international).

D) Shipments which are sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer are not eligible for replacement. Any refusal of shipments by the customer or authorized third party are only eligible for replacement if the original goods are recovered by Lucyd.

Return and Exchange Policy.

A) All wholesale orders include a no-questions-asked 30 day moneyback guarantee. Additionally, unopened frames may be returned up to six months from receipt for an account credit. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

B) All Lucyd products, including frames, stock lenses and accessories, include a 1 year warranty which activates at time of sale to end customer. End customer can apply for warranty replacements through the retailer or direct with Lucyd, per the retailer’s preference.

Content Policy.

A) All provided digital assets are to be used solely for the digital promotion of Lucyd and Powered by Lucyd products, online and in-store.

B) Assets should only be used by those actively carrying Lucyd Eyewear or Powered by Lucyd eyewear.

C) Retailers may superimpose textual information on top of marketing images provided by Lucyd, such as pricing and store information.

D) Use of any Lucyd assets in print, broadcast or other non-digital media platforms require written approval from Lucyd.

Reselling Policy.

A) You may only sell Lucyd products in your own sales channels such as your store and website, unless given written authorization to pursue additional channels. Do not list Lucyd or Powered by Lucyd products on marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay without permission, this can result in deactivation of your wholesale account.

B) Do not advertise off-label use of Lucyd products for medical purposes such as a replacement for hearing aids or as a tool for low-vision or no-vision patients. Lucyd products are FDA approved for general optical use only.
