What are the minimum order requirements?
We keep minimums low so retailers of all sizes can get started. The opening order minimum is just 12 units, and you can mix and match across any of our styles and brands. Reorders have no minimum.
What are the wholesale margins?
Our wholesale partners enjoy margins of 50% or more on all Lucyd products. We enforce a strict MAP policy to protect your margins and prevent undercutting from online sellers.
What kind of marketing support do you provide?
Co-branded marketing materials, product photography and videos, social media assets, in-store display units and POP materials. Your dedicated account manager will also work with you on local marketing.
How do pricing and fulfillment work?
After approval, you get access to our wholesale portal with real-time inventory and pricing. Orders ship from our US warehouse within 2-3 business days. Net 30 terms are available for qualified retailers.
Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes, for qualified e-commerce partners. Contact our sales team for dropshipping terms, integration options and requirements.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed and approved within 2 business days. Once approved, you can place your first order right away, and our team will schedule a welcome call to set up your account.
