Pick a frame on lucyd.co, then choose "Add Rx Lenses" (or "Select Lenses" on Armor). Select your lens type — single vision, progressive, bifocal, or reader — plus material or tint, then enter your SPH, CYL, AXIS, and PD. Our in-house lab, ITFIT, cuts custom lenses to your prescription before they ship.

Ranges vary by line: Lucyd Lyte covers SPH -3 to +8 depending on frame, Armor -2 to +8, Armor Slim -2 to +6, Armor Vantage any range with lab verification above -10, Reebok Optical -8 to +6, and Reebok sport eyewear only on the Nitrous frame. Check each product page for the exact range on your frame.

Yes. Progressives and bifocals are available on Lucyd Lyte, Armor, Armor Slim, Armor Vantage, and Reebok Optical. There is no separate trifocal product, but our lab handles complex prescriptions case by case, so contact us if yours falls outside single vision, progressive, or bifocal.

PD stands for pupillary distance, the space in millimeters between the centers of your pupils, and we need it to cut your lenses correctly. Most adults measure 60 to 64 mm, sometimes up to about 70. Check your last eye exam records, or measure it yourself with a free phone PD app.

Yes. A Lucyd frame with prescription lenses qualifies as an FSA/HSA-eligible purchase, and most cards work directly at checkout. If yours is declined, pay another way and contact us for an itemized receipt showing the frame, lens, and prescription details for reimbursement. Note that Lucyd Pro Insurance is typically not eligible.

Custom Rx orders ship in up to 10 business days. Single-vision lenses are usually ready in about 5 days, while progressives, Lucyd Shift, and Lucyd Blueshift typically take the full 10. If your plan year is ending, note that the order date, not the delivery date, is what counts for FSA deadlines. Because lenses are cut to your exact prescription, custom lenses are non-refundable, so double-check your Rx and PD before ordering.

It depends on the lens. Stock, non-Rx lenses — clear, blue-light, or basic sun — can be swapped yourself on a cooled frame. Custom prescription, progressive, bifocal, and photochromic lenses need precise alignment, so take those to a local optician or ship the frame to our lab instead. Either way, swapping lenses never voids your audio warranty.
