Horizon

Overall I like my Lucyd glasses and really enjoy being able to see and listen to programs on my iPad. One problem may be just me. The arms which contain the speakers seem too short for me. To get the full benefit of the audio I would have to wear the glasses almost at the end of my nose. I was careful not to buy the glasses listed as size large. Is there such a thing as a shorter arm? The only other issue is that the glasses often only pair with one arm usually the left one. Kudos to your support that told me how to do a reset by deleting the eyewear from the Bluetooth and tapping the right arm control button but I have to do this almost every time I use them. It is a minor inconvenience but I wonder if it could be fixed at the design end? I’m glad I have the glasses and have no regrets buying them. Just questions. On an area you may or may not control the delivery process to Canada was really bad. The interface between Shop and DHL was totally dysfunctional. Shop sent me a notice that DHL needed more info from me but did not include the link that would take me into my transaction. I tried every number with DHL to try to connect with my delivery. It took me nearly five days to break into the system to give permission for DHL to pay duty and charge me. At one point I ended up talking to someone in Singapore. I hope others do not experience that.
